Welcome to KMPM APPRAISALS.  We are a leading provider of commercial and residential appraisals for mortgages, financial planning, relocation, estate planning, divorce settlement, tax valuation appeal, condemnation, and many other purposes.

Please allow me to introduce myself as Paul Middaugh. I have been licensed by the State of Indiana to appraise real estate since 1991, and have been licensed as a Certified General Appraiser since 1997. I have a B.S. from Manchester College with majors in accounting, economics and business administration. I hold the IFAS designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. I founded KMPM Appraisals on November 1, 2004, after acquiring another long-standing real estate appraisal company.

We currently have two certified general appraisers, two certified residential appraisers and one licensed trainee appraiser.
